TGR RESEARCH is fully committed to having both its customers and its experts comply with the laws and regulations to which they are subject:

1-    EXPERTS’ ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All TGR RESEARCH experts have accepted the Terms and Conditions prior to participating in an interview.
TGR RESEARCH explicitly demands of each expert that he/she abide by very strict confidentiality, loyalty and non-competition rules.
TGR RESEARCH specifically reminds all its experts to review their employment contract and their employer’s in-house rules, to ensure they may participate in the interviews.
Each expert must obtain his/her employer’s authorisation if this is necessary.
Our experts contractually commit never to discuss their current employers or to participate in interviews directly or indirectly involving their current employers.

2-    CUSTOMERS’ ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All TGR RESEARCH customers must have accepted the Terms and Conditions to be able to use TGR RESEARCH services.
Thus, each customer commits to comply with a good-conduct code defined by TGR RESEARCH, which includes the non-solicitation of confidential information and non-recruitment of a target company’s salaried employees.

3-    TGR RESEARCH-DEVELOPED TECHNOLOGY

TGR RESEARCH’s proprietary technology requires the experts to report, from the time of their enrolment and at any time thereafter, on the topics, issues or companies which they cannot or do not wish to discuss.
Thus, each expert indicates the topics he/she does not wish to deal with, e.g. products, markets, companies, competitors…
If a customer’s request for an interview includes one of the banned criteria, the expert will neither be contacted nor presented to the customer, and the interview will not be allowed to occur.

4-    INTERVIEWS WITH EACH EXPERT AND CUSTOMER

TGR RESEARCH always converses at least once with every expert and each customer, prior to each interview.
TGR RESEARCH always takes advantage of such opportunities to verify the experts’, skills, but also to remind both the experts and the customers of their contractual obligations, particularly those concerning confidentiality and potential conflicts of interests.
TGR RESEARCH checks each expert’s ability to participate in an interview.
TGR RESEARCH reminds each customer that the conduct of the interview must comply with the states rules.

5-    CONSTANT REMINDERS OF FUNDAMENTAL RULES


TGR RESEARCH uses every opportunity to remind its experts and customers, in writing, of the rules they agreed to abide by to use the services of TGR RESEARCH.
Thus, in each e-mail sent to set up an interview, TGR RESEARCH summarises the principles of confidentiality, of exchanges exclusively of public information, and of compliance with all loyalty obligations, to which clients and experts are subject.

6-    REACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to ensure that its experts do indeed intend to abide by all the conditions necessary for their intervention, TGR RESEARCH periodically has them re-sign the GUC on an individual basis.

7-    CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO LOCAL CONDITIONS

TGR RESEARCH is quite conscious of the specific local legal and regulatory conditions which may apply to some of its customers and experts.
TGR RESEARCH adapts its contracts on a case-by-case basis to the legal and regulatory constraints to which its customers and experts may be subject.
Therefore, certain clients and experts may be subjected to the application of additional criteria and conditions.

8-    LEGAL OVERVIEW AND FOLLOW-UP

All TGR RESEARCH regulations and contracts are reviewed regularly by independent lawyers.
TGR RESEARCH also has its own in-house legal counsel, an attorney in French Law.
TGR RESEARCH is always available to provide its clients and experts with any legal explanation or contractual modification.
