CODE OF ETHICS

Compliance with statutory and regulatory arrangements :

Each expert undertakes to comply with the body of laws and regulations applicable to him/her.

To be able to participate in an Interview, therefore, the expert shall comply with the following, in particular :

• the clauses of the contract of employment binding him/her to an employer if he/she is a salaried employee (exclusivity clause, non-compete clause...)
  
  
• the principles governing the organization of work within the firm usually employinghim/her
  
  
• the code of practice applicable to the regulated professional activity which he/she usually exercises at the same time
  
  
• all rules relating to the possibility of concurrent employment
  
  
• the rules of confidentiality to which he/she may be subject (non-disclosure of any privileged information during Interviews, compliance with the professional requirement for confidentiality...)
  
  
• all other obligations to which he/she might have subscribed in whatever capacity

Compliance with procedures for arranging and conducting the Interviews:

TGR Research also relies on the expert to inform TGR Research as soon as possible of any change to the scheduling of an Interview or of a cancellation.
